A Closer Look at Germs

We were all hit with a cold bug at the same time, which means all four of us were couch-bound, tissue-in-nostril, moaning and fevered at once!  It was a super…

    Most Loved Games

We wanted to share our favorite card and board games with you today! The girls are able to play each of these games confidently, and most with little-to-no-help.  I love that they are all timeless and have an educational twist.  We often include these games as part of “school” or to help us reset the day when we need a pick-me-up.  We also try to keep our games in sight so that we remember to pull them out and enjoy them!  If you visit our home, you will see a…

Cupcake Liner by Oasis Supply Next, the girls created more snowflakes with toothpicks and various sizes of marshmallows.  This activity was a huge hit and really…

DIY Natural Scented “Thinking Putty” or Playdough

Every few months we discover an excuse to make a new batch of playdough.   This time we had an overabundance of dried herbs from our garden and thought we would give natural scented playdough a try.
